The local reference package passes 114 tests covering scoped identity, company cases, authority, cost, payment signatures, sovereignty, fleet lifecycle and family boundaries. A clean-directory rehearsal and authenticated owner-to-company roundtrip pass. These exercises include real local database, file and cryptographic operations plus labeled provider fixtures, with no external actions. The website now writes a consented, identity-minimized company queue projection. It is not yet connected to a reviewer API, human queue dashboard, or automatic assessment; requests remain awaiting review.
Existing Zora continuity, actual payment services, real device updates, privacy-preserving model training, live brokerage and a child-specific service have not been activated or verified by this release.
